Hauschild Engineering is a special machine manufacturer which designs, builds, and sells worldwide a bladeless mixing device based on DAC (dual assymmetric centrifuge) technology commonly known a planetary or dual asymmetric centrifugal mixer.
The Hauschild SpeedMixer® is known for its ability to process a large variety of material forms, from high to low viscosity, dry to wet – mixing, grinding, dispersing, degassing – fast (seconds to minutes), no bubbles, and no cleanup needed.
Our machines can be found everywhere, from lab scale applications to industrial manufacturing. A SpeedMixer is the perfect fit for any industry or application that requires precision and repeatable results.
The handcrafted machines are made in Germany since 50 years by a fully family-owned company.

Hauschild SpeedMixer SMART DAC: The machine’s touchscreen interface makes it easy to create programs and customize the display to show the most relevant information about the mixing process. This ensures that precisely optimized mixing and degassing methods can be accurately and repeatably reproduced
The SMART DAC High Volume series bridges the gap between lab scale and pilot/production scale SpeedMixer equipment. The container volume (3.8L), weight capacity (up to 2kg), and mixing geometry (extremely large radius of rotation) are similar to our production scale (3kg – 10kg) equipment. However, the machine can still be rolled through a standard door and runs on standard 120V/230V power.
The Hauschild SpeedMixer® Benchtop series, first introduced in 1974, is widely used at universities, research labs, and QC labs worldwide. This workhorse with half a century of heritage has recently been updated with a modern touchscreen interface, improved programmability, and suite of innovative new accessories for vacuum degassing, milling/grinding/dispersion, use of glass/stainless steel containers and more.

Hauschild SpeedMixer SMART DAC
The one and only of its kind: the SMART DAC series is the latest generation of Hauschild SpeedMixer® equipment. This new class of DAC equipment delivers the largest advancement in mixing power, process monitoring & control, and data collection compared to the previous generation.
The fully customizable SMART DAC platform is the foundation of the most versatile and capable DAC mixing equipment to date. With options like live temperature monitoring & control (with active cooling), independent control of main rotation/counterrotation, and a manufacturing or research optimized interface, it is already answering many of the most common requests from industry. The platform was also designed with the future in mind. The machine’s software and onboard PLC allow easy connection and integration of nearly any sensor imaginable as well as IOT compatibility.
The SMART DAC is the only device on the market with live temperature monitoring and control, variable counter-rotation as well as a 2kg (double-basket 4kg) device which is still lab-size and using only small footprint compared to other devices in that range.
